Church Service: Celebration of the Life of Sir John Vanbrugh

A Service of Choral Evensong in celebration of the life of Sir John Vanbrugh will be held at St Stephen Walbrook on Thursday 26 March at 3.30pm.

The address will be delivered by Lord Chartres, 132nd Bishop of London and Vice-Patron of The Georgian Group.

The service, supported by The Georgian Group and Worshipful Company of Architects, will conclude with the unveiling of a new commemorative plaque in Vanbrugh’s honour at his burial place within the church.
