Training

As part of Vanbrugh300, we are delivering specialist training in storytelling and communication skills for guides and volunteers at each of the six sites. These practical training days are designed to enhance confidence, storytelling, and visitor engagement skills.

The training focuses on developing a physical and vocal toolkit that participants can draw on in their daily interactions with a broad range of visitors. The training will leave a legacy of skills to bring the stories and unique history of each site to life both during the Vanbrugh 300 celebrations and beyond.

For Schools
Over 100 classes from state primary schools (KS1 and KS2) across the UK will be invited to participate in a full package of FREE learning activities as part of Vanbrugh 300.

For Families
Between March and August 2026, a special Vanbrugh weekend will be held at each of the six heritage sites. There will be FREE performances and creative workshops for families scheduled across these weekends so watch this space for dates and details and come and join the fun!
